Hi, welcome to Torkypig.com
What I’m hoping to put together here is a resource for the average back-yard Joe (like myself) who is either planning to, or is in the process of building a Mutant Buell or Sportster. Now I don’t claim to be an expert or master bike builder. I’m just a guy who’s done it, and wants to share from the experience. As time permits, I’ll be adding some tutorials, tech tips and Buell chopper resources, so be sure to check back often.

    I have a 02 x1 fuel injected and i want to build a old school choppers just wonderine what frames i should be looking at . thanks

    Hey Paul,
    An 2002 Fuel injected Buell will work with any standard Sportster or Buell frame. The XB model Buells need to have frames specifically designed for them. I’ve compiled a page with links to companies that make frames for Buell and Sporty choppers. Flyrite and Sucker Punch Sally’s are the first to come to mind if your looking to build an old school chop. Have a look at them all though.
